Embedding & Sharing

Every published VForms video form comes with an embed code — a single iframe snippet you can paste into any website. The embed works in HTML pages, WordPress, Notion, Webflow, Squarespace, and any platform that supports custom HTML.

The iframe is fully responsive and maintains a 16:10 aspect ratio by default. The video, questions, and timeline all render inside the embed, giving your visitors the full interactive experience without leaving your site.

If you do not need to embed, every VForms video form also has a shareable watch URL. Send it via email, Slack, social media, or any messaging tool. Recipients open the link in their browser and interact with the video form immediately — no login required, no app to install.

The watch page is optimized for both desktop and mobile. The responsive layout adapts the video player and question overlays to any screen size.

You control when your video form is live. From the VForms dashboard, toggle a project between published and unpublished states. Unpublished forms show a "not available" message to viewers, so you can prepare your questions and test the experience before going live.

When you are ready, publish the form and share the link or embed code. You can unpublish at any time to stop collecting new responses while keeping your existing data intact.
